This sets a Precedent: Denmark is located in a geographically constrained area and Danish islands block all the surrounding countries’ shores and Germany, Sweden, Poland and Norway HAVE NOT THREATENED WAR (Casus Belli) for the 12 nm Territorial waters and EEZ of Denmark.
