There are 305 cases in hospital, with 17 of those in intensive care and three requiring ventilation.
There were 10,011 new cases today.
NSW
The state has recorded six more COVID-19 deaths.
There are 1,418 cases in hospital, 56 of those in intensive care.
There were 15,572 new cases announced today.
Tasmania
Tasmania has recorded 1,725 new COVID cases and a slight drop in active cases in the state, after weeks of stark rises.
There are 12,752 active cases in the state, down from 13,076 yesterday.
No new deaths were reported.
A total of 40 people are in hospital with the virus, 18 specifically due to their COVID symptoms — a slight rise from yesterday. One person remains in ICU.
