10-year-old Olivia Tsiavas has been awarded in recognition for her bravery and courage after witnessing two significant road trauma events recently – including a multi-car collision where her father stopped to render assistance, but sadly a driver lost their life.

This is what she had to say:
“Today reminded me of the accident that happened back in March. I’m glad to have pulled over with my dad to help people in need… I really appreciate everything the Police do for our community. Thank you for the gifts and time you spent with me” ? ??♀

Road trauma has a devastating effect on thousands of Victorians every year – from the victims and their families, to the first responders and the wider community.
