A bodybuilder from Kazakhstan has left his social media followers scratching their heads after marrying his sex doll girlfriend in a bizarre wedding ceremony.
The traditional wedding, which was perfectly legal under local laws, was depicted in detail on the Instagram account of Yuri Tolochko.
It showed dozens of guests laughing, heartfelt speeches and dancing as the self-described muscleman tied the knot after a whirlwind 18-month relationship.
In vision of the wedding, which you can watch in the player above, Tolochko and his wife Margo even share a romantic moment on the dance floor as his friends form a circle around them.
“It’s happened. To be continued,” the actor wrote alongside the video.
While hundreds of the bodybuilder’s 50,000 Instagram followers responded to the union with messages of love and congratulations, many were left unimpressed.
“The world is getting crazy!! I am sorry that my kids will grow up in this world,” one follower wrote.
“This can’t be real,” wrote another.
“I feel sorry for you. Oh god this is sad,” another wrote.
Tolochko, who claims he met Margo at a nightclub, often shares glowing relationship updates on his social media accounts.
In one post he explained how his partner is a caring person at heart.
“She swears — but there is a tender soul inside,” he wrote.
In another he explained the importance of non-verbal communication with his sex-doll partner.
“Couples need to talk less and connect more,” Tolochko wrote.
“With time and experience, Margo and I realised that it takes more than words to have a conversation.
“Your partner sure deserves the best, but they have to do their part.”
Tolochko describes himself as a pansexual who can fall in love with “an image, a soul, just a person”.
