Victoria has recorded 827 new COVID-19 cases and 19 deaths as it sits just below its 90 per cent vaccination threshold.
The cases were recorded from 48,427 test results processed on Monday, taking the state’s total active cases to 9,420.
The death toll from the current Delta outbreak is now 479.
The latest cases have taken the seven-day average for daily infections to 1,082.
