According to multiple sources, the CIA used Five Eyes to spy on Trump, igniting Russia collusion hoax, all with the help of foreign intelligence agencies, initiating surveillance on the Trump campaign in 2016, fueling the narrative of Russian collusion. These actions, which included intelligence-sharing with U.S. allies, were key to triggering the investigation that would later become the Russia collusion hoax. The operation, driven by a combination of political and intelligence interests, set the stage for the two-year probe, which ultimately found no evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump team and Russia. Despite the lack of substantial proof, the investigation stirred widespread media frenzy, contributing to one of the most controversial political scandals in recent history.
Last year, special prosecutor John Durham concluded that the FBI should never have opened its investigation into alleged collusion between Donald Trump and Russia in July 2016.
Now, multiple credible sources tell Public and Racket that the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), including the CIA, illegally mobilised foreign intelligence agencies to target Trump advisers long before the summer of 2016. This new information sheds light on the Russia collusion narrative and is backed by publicly available testimony.
Previously, the official explanation was that the FBI launched its investigation after Australian officials reported a conversation in which a Trump aide allegedly claimed Russia had compromising material on Hillary Clinton. However, sources close to a House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) investigation revealed that the U.S. IC (intelligence community) requested the Five Eyes intelligence alliance—comprising the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand—to surveil Trump’s associates and share the intelligence with U.S. agencies.
The sources further confirm that CIA Director John Brennan, under President Obama, identified 26 Trump associates for the Five Eyes to target, instructing them to “bump,” contact, or manipulate these individuals. These associates became targets for both U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies, with the aim of gathering information and spreading misinformation.
Additionally, a 10-inch binder of raw intelligence, containing details of the FBI’s investigation and the IC’s surveillance, was reportedly declassified by Trump at the end of his presidency. If the documents exist, they could potentially provide evidence that U.S. intelligence officials violated laws on spying and election interference.
