The 22-year-old European javelin champion impressed once again, showing composure and determination against tough competition, including Serbia’s Adriana Vilagoš—one of this year’s top-ranked throwers.
Tzenko opened with 61.62m and held the lead until Vilagoš briefly overtook her in the third round with 61.90m. Tzenko responded immediately with her winning throw of 64.60m.
The Greek athlete, coached by George Botskariov, followed with 62.36m, 61.00m, and closed with 62.04m—strong throws that further boost her confidence heading into the season’s major events.
Vilagoš placed second with 63.25m, while Latvia’s Anete Sietiņa finished third with 60.19m.
