The final, official results from Sunday’s second round of local elections in the largest cities and regions in Greece were announced on Monday morning.

Here is a breakdown of the winning parties and candidates in the major city and regional elections:

Costas Bakoyiannis (ND-backed)      65.25%
Nassos Iliopoulos (SYRIZA-backed)  34.75%

Municipality of Thessaloniki:
Constantinos Zervas (Independent)  66.79%
Nikos Tahiaos (ND-backed)              33.21%

Municipality of Patras:
Costas Peletidis (KKE-backed)           
70.91%
Gregoris Alexopoulos (Independent)  29.09%

Municipality of Piraeus:
Yiannis Moralis (KINAL-backed)  57.81%
Nikos Vlahakos (ND-backed)      42.19%

Region of Attica:
Georgios Patoulis (ND-backed):
