The programme will bring the works of Theodorakis and Hadjidakis to life in some of the world’s most iconic concert halls, performed by the commanding voices of Natassa Bofiliou and Giannis Haroulis.
For the North American dates, Judy Kuhn appears as special guest star — the Tony and Grammy-nominated Broadway performer known for Les Misérables, Chess, and, of course, as the original singing voice of Pocahontas in Disney’s classic film. Kuhn will interpret selected works by Hadjidakis and Theodorakis, forging a rare artistic bridge between Greek and American musical traditions.

A few words from the artists about Mikis Theodorakis, Manos Hadjidakis, and this unique musical journey
Natassa Bofiliou
“Being able to perform the songs of Mikis Theodorakis and Manos Hadjidakis on major stages around the world is both a privilege and a profound honour. Their music holds within it all our dreams, our struggles, our darkest moments — but above all, the beauty of our culture.
To be given the opportunity to share these songs with audiences across the globe, and to do so alongside two exceptional artists like Giannis Haroulis and Judy Kuhn, is truly unique. I feel it as a bridge of emotion — one that will unite us all.”
Giannis Haroulis
“The songs of Mikis and Manos are part of our soul. They speak of love, freedom, and humanity. The fact that, on this tour, I will sing them in so many places around the world — with this outstanding orchestra, with Natassa Bofiliou, and with Judy Kuhn in a number of North American performances — fills me with deep emotion. It is a reminder that music knows no borders.”
Judy Kuhn
“I have always admired the beauty and breadth of Greek music. It is a great joy for me, and at the same time an exciting artistic journey, to honour these two legendary composers on stage together with Natassa Bofiliou, Giannis Haroulis, and the Hellenic Music Ensemble. Mikis Theodorakis and Manos Hadjidakis wrote music that speaks directly to the soul — and I cannot wait to share that with audiences in every North American city.”
