Olympic ceremony, a hymn to the decadence, division and chaos

The Olympics opening ceremony epitomized decadence, division, and chaos

30 July, 2024

Maria Denaxa who is a Performance Marketing Specialist at Generation Y and a Journalist commenting on the Opening Ceremony says It was a hymn to the decadence, division, and chaos that is being pursued globally at all levels to impose a New World Order.

Why does every artistic or humorous expression that proclaims to be inclusive have to ridicule a particular religion and promote a particular culture?

The spectacle we witnessed yesterday was an offensive entropy to the intelligent, reminiscent in some scenes of passages from the Hunger Games, for those who have seen the film.

It was a hymn to the decadence, division, and chaos that is being pursued globally at all levels, to impose a New World Order, basically a global disorder, interspersed with neo-bachian and Dionysian moments and not a hymn to Peace, to Harmony, to Amity, to Solidarity, to Concord, to Cooperation, to Brotherhood among peoples, but especially among us.

This spectacle had no beginning and no middle. Only a bright moment at the end, which was the performance of Celine Dion, and the lighting of the Olympic altar, as if in the end, Power, Realism, Reason and Peace won.

Iran says France should be ashamed of itself for its opening ceremony at the Olympics. “The insulting representation of Jesus Christ in Paris yesterday was completely offensive and crossed all red lines. France, a country with a major history of Christianity, must be ashamed of itself, and I implore our Christian people all over the world to speak out against this act. We resolutely condemn this.”

The Opening ceremony was not broadcast in Russia – Russian commentators said it had nothing to do with the ideals of Olympism and was a fascist-style attempt to impose the woke agenda on the planet!
Will Greece and the Greek Prime Minister make a statement about France’s tarnishing of the Olympic Ideal, which were born and started in Greece?

1. On the eve of the ceremony, reports emerged that even some French athletes would not be allowed to participate because they compete in their traditional attire.

2. On the day of the opening, France was hit by a transportation collapse. Some “malefactors” were blamed for the “sabotage.”

3. The ridiculous open-air opening ceremony forced spectators to sit for hours in pouring rain, with organizers failing to arrange for cloud dispersal or canopies.

4. Those who managed to reach their seats despite the rain left because the nonsensical arrangement of spectator seating prevented them from seeing anything.

5. At the Sochi Games, Western media disliked the dogs. In Paris, they smiled at the rats infesting the city’s streets.

6. The city center turned into a ghetto for the homeless who flocked to the Games’ opening.

7. During the parade of nations, the teams of North Korea and South Korea were mixed up.

8. The Olympic torch was carried by rapper Snoop Dogg to the lyrics, “Da, da, da, da, it’s the motherfuckin’ D-O-double-G.”

9. In the show, the Olympic flag was carried by one of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse, hinting at the end of the world. French experts envision this as a digital apocalypse where humans are dethroned by a robotic model with AI instead of a soul.

10. One of the main performances of the Olympics was an LGBT mockery of the sacred Christian event—the Last Supper of Christ. The apostles were portrayed by transvestites. It seems Paris decided that since the Olympic rings are multicolored, everything could be turned into one big gay parade.

11. The climax was the inverted Olympic flag, hoisted upside down over Paris.

Paris 2024 organiser Anne Descamps has apologised for any offence caused by religious depictions during the opening ceremony.

Friday’s showpiece has drawn some criticism for a banquet scene where an actor playing Greek god Dionysus took centre stage on a table with drag queens, which has been interpreted to resemble Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper painting.

Some religious groups condemned the ceremony, including the Catholic Church in France who said it included ‘scenes of derision and mockery of Christianity’.
