Professor of Geostrategy at the Military School of Evelpidon (The Hellenic military academy. It is the Officer cadet school of the Greek Army and the oldest third-level educational institution in Greece) “We are heading for ethnic cleansing of Hellenism”. Kostas Grivas was invited to a discussion on “Demographics and National risks” in the framework of this year’s “Star Forum”, and was devastating in his statement on the demographic situation in Greece.
Costas Grivas said: Without any exaggeration, we can simply say that the combination of the demographic situation in Greece with the massive uncontrolled influx of foreign populations, which has been going on for years and continues, the situation is the greatest danger that Hellenism has ever faced.
It is an unprecedented danger and if we continue at this rate in a few years Greece will simply cease to exist. For anyone who thinks this is an exaggeration, the numbers are relentless.
Mass population movement is something that we have not understood and its dynamics at the global level. Let me remind you that Bangladesh, which is a country the size of Greece, has about 17 million inhabitants and rising. The logic of semi-open borders, which is the current perception in Europe and in Greece, is a perception dominated by a hatred of collective identities and an overemphasis on individual rights. Essentially, if we continue at this pace and if we do not take serious measures and we are not talking about trying to patch a problem – it’s a matter of a few decades for the Greek people to go down in the history books, as the Hittites did, as the Sumerians did, as several peoples who disappeared from humanity.
The term used here and which also is criticised as conspiratorial is “replacement” – for me, this term is too mild. Here we are talking about a genocide diffused in time. Essentially, I repeat, this combination of uncontrolled or semi-controlled – if you like – the mass influx of foreign populations together with demographics is the equivalent of total nuclear war on the existence of the Greek people as an ethnic identity.
