7 August, 2019

Over the next two weeks, five Greek clubs will complete in a total of ten European matches while all five teams will also enter UEFA Champions and Europa League playoff draws.

The qualifying rounds of both the UEFA Champions and Europa League are in full swing as the third qualifying round is set to begin this week.

PAOK will enter the action in the Champions League this morning when they host last year’s Champions League semi-finalists, Ajax, in a difficult test while Olympiacos will look to keep up the momentum on Wednesday when they travel to Turkey to face last year’s Turkish Super Lig runner-ups, Basaksehir.
On Thursday, all three Greek teams in the Europa League will travel for their first leg matches in the third qualifying round. AEK begin their quest for the group stages away to Craiova, Aris will face Molde of Norway, and Atromitos travel east to matchup against Poland’s Legia Warszawa.
The following week, both PAOK and Olympiacos will play their return legs on Tuesday, August 13 while AEK and Aris look to finish the job at home on Thursday, August 15.

Atromitos will play their second leg match against Legia at the Peristeri Stadium one day prior on Wednesday, August 14.
