Assassination attempt on Trump – Two dead

14 July, 2024

Assassination attempt on Trump – Two dead, assassins killed. Turmoil unfolded on Saturday evening US time when former US president Donald Trump was reportedly injured by an assassination attempt during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania at 7 am AEST.

Gunshots interrupted Trump’s speech.

Event Details

The former president began addressing a large crowd shortly after 5 pm Eastern Time as part of his campaign ahead of the November 5 presidential election. He was expected to announce his vice presidential running mate this week. What’s significant to know here is that Trump had yet to announce his running partner.

Assassination Attempt Unfolds

Video footage captured (Below) Trump speaking onstage to hundreds of attendees. Mid-sentence, a popping sound rang out, causing Trump to grab his right ear.

Suddenly, mid-sentence, the former president halts and grips his right ear in response to a popping sound. Trump, on stage, clutches his ear and subsequently ducks to the ground as more shots follow. Supporters behind him react with screams, taking cover as the popping noises continue. Trump scans his surroundings, then seeks refuge behind the lectern while Secret Service agents urgently instruct everyone to “get down.”

Agents quickly shield Trump as gunfire persists, prompting the crowd to erupt in panic. From the initial sound to the third, only two seconds pass. In a close-up profile shot, Trump is seen on the ground with a bloodied face and hands as he takes cover behind the lectern in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Amidst a fourth round of shots, additional Secret Service agents rush onstage, forming a protective cluster. Three heavily armed soldiers with assault rifles join them, preparing to escort Trump to safety.

Reacting to the Attempt

Trump then quickly ducked to the ground as more shots were heard. Supporters behind him screamed and sought cover amid the popping noises. Secret Service agents responded urgently, shouting: “Get down, get down, get down.”

Security Response

Agents shielded Trump as shots continued, prompting panic among the crowd. Within two seconds from the first shot, Trump was seen in a close-up profile with a bloodied face and hands behind a lectern in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Security Detail and Hawkeye Team

More Secret Service agents and three heavily armed soldiers with assault rifles joined the scene. The “Hawkeye” special counter-assault team of the Secret Service, responsible for protecting current and former presidents, was also present.

Trump’s Condition and Evacuation

Despite being grazed by a reported bullet, Trump was seen standing and raising his fist amidst cheers from the crowd. He was visibly shaken but defiant as security escorted him offstage.

Subsequent Developments

Two casualties were reported at the scene, including the suspected gunman and at least one rally attendee. The location was declared an active crime scene, and law enforcement responded swiftly.

Official Statements

Trump’s campaign team confirmed shortly after the incident that he was “fine” and receiving medical attention locally. President Joe Biden condemned the violence, stating there is no place for such acts in America. But were the statements adequate for the leader of the “Free World”?

Calls for the resignation of Kimberly Cheatle to resign after serious questions about the professionalism of the US secret services. Kimberly Cheatle needs to RESIGN NOW as the Director of the U.S. Secret Service! A petition has been circulating within the Secret Service community for months calling for Kimberly Cheatle’s resignation as Director of the U.S. Secret Service? The petition, signed by 39 agents, raises critical concerns about inadequate training, a double standard in disciplinary actions, and, most alarmingly, vulnerabilities to potential insider threats that could jeopardize U.S. national security. The prioritization of DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) hiring practices over essential security training allows under-vetted individuals into sensitive positions, creating significant risks. Why didn’t Joe Biden, who appointed Kimberly Cheatle, address these MASSIVE security concerns? An investigation is crucial and must be carried out.

One Post on X sights the terrain around the event. “I guess Secret Service agents just didn’t notice a ladder leading to a roof 150FT away from Trump” INSIDE JOB!”

All questions and concerning evidence of inadequate professionalism on the side of the US Secret Service.

Main Stream Media Statements

While in the mainstream media, there seems to be a COORDINATED media blackout of the use of the term “assassination” or “assassination attempt”. It seems EVERYTHING is being done to whitewash the event. Take a look at ABC’s report or Politico’s report where the term assassination has been deliberately bypassed. Furthermore, the narrative has become a warning that the real threat is the conservative retaliation, not the violence that almost killed Trump.

Breaking: Secret Service has released a statement, confirming that… – A suspected shooter fired multiple shots toward the stage where Trump was speaking during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania – the shooter was at an “elevated position outside of the rally venue.” – Secret Service personnel “neutralized the shooter who is now deceased.” – one spectator was killed, two spectators were critically injured. – the FBI is now investigating – No mention in the statement of an “assassination attempt” or even Trump being the target of the shooting—although that was the case from videos circulating.

The US and the world have just witnessed an unimaginable act of violence. President Trump was the target of an apparent assassination attempt during a campaign in the state of Pennsylvania. Trump was in the city of Butler in Pennsylvania, 590 kilometers west of New York City and 53km from the state capital of Pittsburgh. What does the NBC really have to say about their article on Sept. 2, 2023, Tucker Carlson stokes conspiracies, claims U.S. is ‘speeding towards’ assassination of Trump.

What a day! It could have been much worse. This is a developing story stay tuned.
